Shipping Info

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Most of our orders normally ship within 3 business days. We’ll email you as soon as your order ships so that you can get ready to meet your new rug.

Packages over 108" are subject to freight. Freight shipments can take up to 2 weeks and will require an appointment to receive the package.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive one tracking number per shipment so you can keep track of all your items.
