A modern mosaic inspired by delicate shattered glass, Karastan Rugs' Fragment Woven Area Rug in Ivory showcases a versatile ivory color palette with accents of grey. A debut of Karastan Rugs' Kismet Collection, a name coined for its serendipitous meaning, this area rug is woven with the matte quality of Karastan Rugs' legendary New Zealand wool and the innovative stain protection and soft sheen of Karastan Rugs' exclusive SmartStrand Silk. Together, these premium yarns achieve a one-of-a-kind contrasting finish that only fate, or rather Kismet, could claim.
We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Most of our orders normally ship within 3 business days. Rugs that are 8' or larger must be shipped freight and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. We’ll email you as soon as your order ships so that you can get ready to meet your new rug. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You’ll receive one tracking number per shipment so you can keep track of all your items. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only partial refunds are granted in the cases where the item is not in its original condition, there are damaged or missing parts, or the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Rotate your rug periodically. Vacuuming is the best way to remove every-day dirt and dust. (Special care should be taken in the fringe area as vacuuming with a beater bar can catch and pull the fringe, causing separation). Professional cleaning recommended.
